At NOVU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
